Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the HUFS online store operated by HUFS AB, organisation number 559511-5196, Norregatan 6, 24133 Eslöv, Sweden (“HUFS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Contract

A binding purchase agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email. HUFS reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

2. Prices & VAT

All prices within the EU are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT.
For deliveries outside the EU, prices are exclusive of any local taxes, customs duties, or import charges.

3. Payment

We offer payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna) and PayPal.

Payment is authorised at the time of order and captured when the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery

Orders within the EU are normally delivered within 2–5 business days.
Worldwide deliveries are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Free standard shipping applies to EU orders over €50 only.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions – Cosmetic Products

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products where the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • For non-sealed cosmetic products, the customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

As cosmetic products cannot be resold once opened or used, any diminished value may correspond to the full product value, and no refund will be issued.

Only unused, unopened products in original condition are eligible for a refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days after returned goods are received and inspected.

7. Liability

HUFS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
